Small Business Owner (SBO): Hey there! Thanks for coming by today. I really appreciate you taking the time to meet with me.
Supplier: Of course. I’m always happy to discuss business with you.
SBO: So, we went through the order details, and everything looks good. The pricing seems fair, and the quantities are correct. We’re want to get this order moving as quick as possible.
Supplier: Right. You already have payment info, so please send an email once you have paid. And if you have any other questions or need anything else, please feel free to reach out. Oh, I actually brought a catalog with me. You can take it and see if there are any other items you’d be interested in.
SBO: Sounds good. I’ll definitely take a look. Also, I wanted to ask if it’s possible for you to deliver the products a week earlier than initially discussed? The holidays are coming, and it would be great to have them sooner.
Supplier: I’ll have to check our logistics schedule, but I’ll do my best to accommodate you. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
SBO: Good. Is there anything else you’d like to discuss before we wrap up the meeting? Anything else you can think of?
Supplier: Right, I wanted to mention that for future meetings, it would be more convenient if you came to our office. We have a dedicated meeting space, and it would allow us to go through everything more comfortably.
SBO: That sounds great. Is it far from here?
Supplier: Its just off the highway as you come into Anseong from Seoul. I think its about 10 minutes after you pass Starfield.
SBO: Oh, that’s exactly on my route. That’s very kind of you. Let’s meet there when we see each other again in…..two weeks right?
Supplier: Great. Oh and by the way, I don’t think I have anything except your cell number and email – do you use Kakao?
Supplier: Ah, no. I don’t unfortunately. What other IM do you use?
SBO: WhatsApp?
Supplier: Yes! I have WhatsApp too. I’ll add your number to my contacts.
SBO: That will make things much easier and quicker. You’d better get going before traffic gets worse. Drive safe!
