Yejin’s Story

Once upon a time, there was a little Yejin, who lived in the forest. Her name was Yejin. She lived with her little family of Yejins – her brother Yejin, who was called Yejin, her little sister Yejin, who was also called Yejin, and her baby brother, Yejin.

One day, Yejin (the big sister), brought a fresh loaf of bread home. But to her dismay, she found it had been locked. Her big brother, Yejin realized that a bread thief must have broken into the bakery when everyone was sleeping. All the Yejins gathered around to talk about what they should do. Baby Yejin spoke up, in a deep voice – “we should build a trap”. The oldest Yejin, Yejin, chimed in, saying “wegegegegegegegege”. “What’s he saying?”, asked the other Yejins. Yejin, the older sister explained: “What he means is, we should make sure that the trap really catches the thief, otherwise we’ll never have another chance.” They decided to make a shell trap. This was the best trap ever, because not only would it catch any thief, but would also steal their face.

They sent the thief to bed without supper. She was dismayed, then angry. But then she realized she could lose weight, and so she felt happy. But then she was angry again, because she realized it wouldn’t make a difference, because they still had taken her face. When she remembered this, she kicked the door down angrily and shouted “Give me back my face, you horrible bunch of Yejins!”. All the Yejins came out to see what the commotion was.

The Yejins decided to go visit the amusement park. They saw that there were horses, and all of them wanted to get a turn to ride. “wegegegegegegegege”, said big brother Yejin. But then he realised that the horse he had been given was too small. “”wegegegegegegegege!!!”” he screamed. “What do you mean this horse is too small?”, said big sister Yejin, the only Yejin that understood what he meant. “Family, do not bicker like this”, commanded baby Yejin, in her deep manly voice. “Give him two small horses.” Yejin big brother was pleased and stopped being angry. “wegegegegegegegege”, he giggled, as he rode around on the two horses. Suddenly, little sister Yejin shrieked: “Wait a minute! Those aren’t horses!” Baby sister Yejin agreed. “Yes, those are obviously very small dogs.” “wegegegegegegegege” shouted big brother Yejin angrily.

Suddenly, a booming voice came from the sky. “Hajin! Don’t eat my chips!” Then everything went dark. All the Yejins were shocked! They had been living on a taco chip the whole time! And now their whole world was inside Hajin’s tummy.

The big brother said “wegegegegegegegegeweeee!”, which when translated means “Stop eating us!”. Hajin spoke big brother Yejin, and so he undertsood.

The end.
