  1. Do not take photos, screenshots, or recordings of sessions. Failure to comply will result in being excluded from all future sessions.
  2. When entering the session please display your first name and the first initial of your surname. This is to verify those who have made reservations. If your name does not match the name used when reserving, you will not be allowed in. There is a “waiting room” before being permitted into the live stream. If you wish to not list your name for security reasons, please contact the organizer, and he will happily accommodate you with another name marker.
  3. Do not share the session link with anyone else. Only those who have paid will be permitted into the zoom meeting.
  4. Please turn your web camera on so we can see who is participating. This is a requirement.
  5. A group screenshot might be taken at the end of a session. If you do not wish to be photographed//screenshot, you may choose to turn off your camera.
  6. These events are held in English for security and control reasons.
